Sooo good! I ordered to go after being stuck at work all day with no lunch. I always want sushi when my day goes to poo. Ordering was a breeze. Ku is only 10 min away from work so I just order as I was closing up the office. The lady working was super sweet! I ordered 4 rolls just in case my sister wanted some. I got the salmon lover, fire dragon, sunrise and university way. I really like most of the roll. I personal didn't care for fire dragon so I'd order something else next time but over all everything was really good! Everything was soo fresh and the rolls were delicious! Even after sharing some with my sister there was some left over for later haha. Definitely going to make add this to my list of quick sushi. Also it's so affordable!

Ku Sushi is my friend's go to spot for sushi on the Ave (I think the lady knows us by now). Don't be scared by the 50% off sign that is there year round, it's just a normal sushi restaurant. Their rolls are very saucy but super flavorful. Always a classic comfort spot when we are craving delicious food.

Overall Rating 10/10 Food - 8/10 The food here is really gray, especially for the price that you pay for we got some delicious half of sushi rolls and they came out extremely perfect and I think for the price that you pay it's extremely worth it. It's super good. Service - 11/10 The sweetest workers work here there were only about four workers working today. One chat to cooks one host and they were so sweet very fast at service and then we're very attentive to us eating and ordering and making sure that we enjoyed the food they came to refill our water, which was amazing. Price - 11/10 The price is extremely reasonable for how much food you got and the quality of it so I think it matches everything here on the menu. You will never find a better place than this in this area especially if you're student I think it's worth the steal. Can't beat this price!! Ambiance - 9/10 The energy in the place is very reminiscent to a small mom and pop shop, but it's definitely a little hidden gem and overly great place for small groups of five or less so highly recommend. Cleanliness - 8/10 The eating area is really well kept!

I've always passed by this restaurant with there huge sign of "50% OFF SUSHI EVERYDAY" and always wondered if it would be good. My boyfriend and his friends decided to try it one day and LOVED it. When I came to visit, my boyfriend took me here for their takeout. It's located across of Village Sushi and a small food plaza on the first floor of the University Heights Apartment on University Wy NE in University Heights. There's lots of street parking right in front and around the restaurant with parallel parking and drawn stalls. We decided on a few rolls and honestly, we should have order more because of that 50% off the original price forever deal, haha! The ones we got were: Sunrise Roll - deep fried which I didn't realize until after I ordered. But their deep fried rolls are just shallow deep frying which I liked soooo much more than the full deep frying. The combination of the three different fishes and avocado were delicious! I was thoroughly impressed. Definitely a favorite. Hamachi Roll - my boyfriend wanted this and swears at how amazing it was when he had it with his friends (also kind of bias because this was his favorite fish LOL). It was good but the fish wasn't all that fresh compared to the fishes in the sunrise roll. Volcano Scallop Roll - lots of crab filling in the middle. Huge bay scallops on top. I didn't like how squished the roll, making it kind of difficult to separate. Very minor. The rice was a bit mushy for this one - not sure if it was because it was a bit overcooked with the baking aspect. However, taste wise, it was quite delicious! Overall, I thought this restaurant was relatively good for the flavor and especially for the price paid (~$27) for all three rolls. The rolls were big and quite filling for the two of us! Definitely can see why my boyfriend and his friends would come back often.

Absolutely love this place!! 50% rolls and everything is so fresh and yummy. One of the cheapest sushi places around but they really maintain great quality in each dish. We mostly stick to their raw dishes, so can't say much about their cooked dishes. OBSESSED with their thick cuts of fish, especially their seared salmon on anything! The owners are so sweet and really care about their customer experience. Would highly recommend this small business!!

(Takeout Review) I called over the phone & ordered very quickly! Pickup time was also estimated 15mins which is very quick! Ku Sushi is very good for its price & is a great spot for a quick meal! The lady answering phones & serving is very kind :) This place is my go-to for fair priced sushi rolls, would recommend to all nearby residents & students!! Signature rolls I ordered: 52nd, University Way, Salmon Lovers, Spicy Geisha, SOS

Ku's is a cute little shop with 50% off rolls year round. So if you're in the mood for affordable and reliable sushi, this is the place for you. The owner was so cute and would come by fairly often to refill water and ask us if we wanted to order anything else. The salmon lovers was probably my favorite but honestly all the rolls were good!

I was so stoked to find affordable sushi while in Seattle. After the 50% discount the rolls come to about 5 bucks. I also had a hot sake, cause duh I'm getting sushi. The food was good, especially considering the price. Loved the spicy tuna roll in particular
